Employee Behaviours (CAAW 0604)
What is an employee? What is an employer? This course discusses the types of professional relationships that exist at the work place. The importance of regular attendance, punctuality, following break routines and displaying a proper attitude is emphasized. Students discuss their concepts of good employee behaviour and compare it to their performance during work experience. Emphasis is placed on working with co-workers and taking direction from supervisors. Students also learn what is meant by quality work, productivity and the role of unions.
